ALBASEM HOLDING LLC is a leading UAE company specializing in Facilities Management (FM), Building Maintenance, MEP Services, Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, General Contracting, and Property Support Services.
Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager who can actively secure new contracts, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth across the UAE.
Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for a traditional salesperson.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong industry connections and a proven ability to secure Facilities Management, Maintenance, AMC, and Fit-Out contracts within the UAE market.
The ideal candidate already has relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, developers, consultants, procurement teams, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new Facilities Management (FM), AMC, Maintenance, and Fit-Out opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into awarded projects and long-term contracts.
- Develop relationships with property developers, facility management companies, consultants, government entities, schools, hospitals, hotels, and commercial clients.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with decision-makers and procurement departments.
- Register ALBASEM HOLDING with major clients and approved vendor databases.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience and relationships in the following sectors will be highly preferred:
ā¢ Facilities Management (FM)
- Building Maintenance
ā¢ Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Interior Fit-Out
- Property Management
ā¢ Real Estate Developers
- Government Projects
- Commercial Buildings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Business Development.
- Proven track record of winning FM, Maintenance, AMC, or Fit-Out contracts.
- Strong network of contacts within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently generate business opportunities.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluent English required.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
