Role Overview

:

This is a high-performance role focused on scaling VT Markets’ footprint across the MENA region.

You will be responsible for activating your existing industry network and securing high-volume partnerships to drive net deposits and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • :
  • **Market Expansion**
  • : Acquire high-volume Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients within the MENA/GCC markets to meet aggressive net deposit and trading volume targets.
  • **Portfolio Management**
  • : Activate and scale a personal book of business, establishing VT Markets as the primary platform for your partners.
  • **Regulatory Positioning**
  • : Utilize our SCA Category 5 regulatory status as a strategic tool to build credibility and win sophisticated clients.
  • **Platform Expertise**
  • : Provide technical guidance on MT4/MT5 platforms to ensure seamless onboarding and partner satisfaction.
  • **Sales Execution**
  • : Consistently deliver on monthly KPIs related to net deposits and volume through disciplined outbound activity.

Requirements

  • :
  • **Language Proficiency**
  • : Native-level Arabic fluency is required to effectively manage the partner lifecycle and negotiate within Arabic-speaking MENA markets.
  • Professional English is required for internal reporting and global collaboration.
  • **Market Experience**
  • : 3–5 years of Business Development experience within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
  • **Proven Network**
  • : A portable, high-quality book of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients that can be activated immediately.
  • **Location**
  • : Must be currently based in Dubai to support on-site operations.
  • **Technical Skills**
  • : Proficiency in MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
