- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working across:
- UAE
- India
- US time zones
- Willingness to travel frequently across UAE and GCC.
- Periodic travel to Brainvire's India delivery centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve **USD 3M annual services revenue** target.
- Generate and maintain **3–4x qualified sales pipeline**.
- Acquire new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with **Adobe, Shopify, and Odoo** partner teams.
- Drive partner-led and direct sales opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end consultative sales from discovery to deal closure.
- Prepare solution proposals with internal practice and delivery teams.
- Own pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Represent Brainvire at industry events and partner forums.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Travel across the UAE and GCC for client and partner meetings.
- Pay: AED20.00 - AED32.00 per month
