About The Role

Based in Düsseldorf, our company operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and design.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic growth initiatives, build high value partnerships, and strengthen our market position across key sectors.

Team Leadership

Mentor and guide junior business development staff, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.

Experience

Minimum 6 to 10 years in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a B2B or consulting environment.

Track Record

Proven success in closing enterprise level deals and achieving revenue growth targets.

Skills

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strategic Thinking

Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans.

Mindset

Highly driven, commercially focused, and comfortable working in fast paced, target oriented environments.
