Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
The role requires strong communication skills, strategic selling ability and a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings with clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, delivery) for smooth service execution
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5+ years of sales experience (B2B/telecom/IT/services preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
- Valid driving license (if field sales role) is a plus
