Alliance SYL Global Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives and expand our market presence in Doha. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and delivery
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Set and track KPIs to measure business development performance
• Lead and mentor the business development team
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Familiarity with market research and sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
