Job Summary
Alliance SYL Global Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives and expand our market presence in Doha.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Set and track KPIs to measure business development performance
- Lead and mentor the business development team
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with market research and sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
