Overview

1.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including both functional and non-functional requirements.

2.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

3.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.

4.

Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed.

5.

Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

6.

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services.

7.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

8.

Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post-implementation support.

9.

Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed.

10.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to banking, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
