Combines Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and integration delivery responsibilities across Workday Recruiting and HCM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile team planning, execution, testing, and release activities as Scrum Master.
- Gather and refine requirements with HR, Technology, and downstream data consumers; translate them into user stories, functional specifications, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate Workday HCM and ATS integration development with engineering and QA teams.
- Manage testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and production readiness.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, risk management, and status reporting across concurrent workstreams.
- Support enhancements and production support for existing Workday integrations.
Required qualifications
- Experience delivering Workday HCM, Recruiting, or other HR technology initiatives.
- Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Experience managing testing cycles, defect remediation, and releases.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Work arrangement
- Montreal role with Day 1 onboarding onsite and in-office presence three days per week.
Contract duration
- Extendable contract of 12 months or longer.
