Work arrangement
- Full-time, on-site role at Infopark, Koratty, Kerala.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and analyze business needs, processes, and workflows for improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research and collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Prepare and validate BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, use cases, and technical documentation.
- Work with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
- Create and maintain process models, workflow diagrams, user journey maps, and other analysis artifacts.
- Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement refinement based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, coordinate mitigation, mentor junior analysts, and review their deliverables.
- Monitor progress, define KPIs, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; other relevant graduate qualifications are considered.

- Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience with requirements, stakeholder management, process analysis, and solution documentation.
- Expertise in BRDs, SRS, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, workflow diagrams, and UML.
- Experience with product backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, mentoring, and reviewing business analysis work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
Tools and preferred experience
- Relevant project and Agile tools may include JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or Zoho Sprints.
- Documentation and modeling tools may include Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Word, or Google Docs.
- Wireframing tools may include Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD; collaboration tools may include Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
- Preferred: international client and cross-functional experience; product management, roadmap, or lifecycle exposure; software projects involving web, mobile, or enterprise systems.
Pay
- Pay starts at ₹40,000 per month.
