About This Role

Job Description

• Managing and implementing field campaign plans to control and remove violations related to existing buildings, facilities, and land uses.
• ensuring periodic monitoring and inspection of permanent and temporary buildings and facilities within the emirate; and inspecting the facilities and services of hospitality establishments.
• Verifying the accuracy of procedures taken by other engineers, proposing necessary recommendations, and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
• Conducting field and technical inspections of existing buildings and facilities to assess their condition, preparing and reviewing technical reports describing their status.
• updating the database for the inventory of existing buildings, facilities, and their uses.
• Following up on the implementation of oversight at the level of approved accessibility standards for buildings and facilities used by People of Determination during occupancy, maintenance, or renovation, and preparing and reviewing related technical reports.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Major: Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
