Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a
Senior Budgeting & Planning Analyst
to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for development projects and corporate planning
- Monitor project budgets and analyze variances against actual performance
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and scenario planning
- Track project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability
- Collaborate with development, commercial, construction, and finance teams to ensure accurate planning assumptions
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Support the implementation and enhancement of budgeting and reporting processes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial planning data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or corporate finance
- Experience within real estate development, construction, or a project-based environment is highly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience working with ERP systems and budgeting software
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage
