Senior Broker

Solid experience in Insurance Broking or Underwriting.

Strong knowledge of the London and international (re)insurance markets.

Experience placing casualty, reinsurance, facultative, or complex commercial risks.

A proven ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients and underwriters.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and technical broking capability with the ability to explain complex insurance solutions clearly.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required.

ACII qualification (or working towards it) is preferred.

A second language would be advantageous.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Power BI and PPL is desirable.
