We’re looking for a Senior Broker to lead our Life, Accident & Health division in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Based in Dubai, you’ll play a key role in developing the Middle East and North African market, with the opportunity to grow.

How You'll Make An Impact
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and growing our Life, Accident & Health product offerings across the MENA region.
- You’ll be part of the wider EMEA Life, Accident & Health team and work closely with our Dubai office to access existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Your expertise will help us develop new relationships, build trust in the market, and grow our client base.
- You’ll also:
- Evaluate client needs and design, negotiate and place Life and Health reinsurance treaties (traditional and structured solutions)
- Negotiate with carriers to secure the best terms for our clients.
- Provide risk analysis and evaluation of risk management strategies for Life, Accident and Health to our clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to execute your vision while receiving full support from our team.
About You
- You’re a self-starter who thrives on challenges and enjoys building something new.
- At least five years of experience in life and health insurance, with a deep understanding of the MENA market.
- Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic, French and English sets you apart, and you’re skilled at building relationships and closing deals.
- You’ll also bring:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management.
- Proven sales skills and a client-focused approach.
