Job Summary
Alwan Creative Media & Advertising W.L.L. is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Brand Strategy Director to lead brand development, creative strategy, and marketing initiatives in Doha.
This role is ideal for an experienced branding professional with expertise in market positioning, campaign strategy, and audience engagement.

What you'll do
- Lead brand strategy development and integrated marketing initiatives for clients and internal campaigns
- Develop positioning, messaging, and creative direction aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive assessments to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing teams on campaign execution and brand consistency
- Manage branding projects, campaign timelines, and strategic deliverables
- Monitor campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, and brand performance indicators
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Drive innovation in branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and creative teams
- Lead and mentor strategy, branding, and creative planning teams
Requirements
- Experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, advertising, or creative consulting
- Strong understanding of branding, media planning, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
