Lead growth and long-term success for Young's, a recognised UK seafood brand.
Develop brand strategies that strengthen consumer position, grow the category and unlock commercial opportunities.

Key duties
- Lead Young's brand strategy and identify consumer, shopper and category growth opportunities.
- Own innovation and renovation pipelines; develop business cases, forecasts and post-launch reviews.
- Deliver integrated campaigns and manage agency creative, media and research programmes.
- Support packaging, brand identity and communications; use market and consumer insight in decisions.
- Partner with Commercial and Category teams, manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment.
- Build stakeholder relationships and champion the brand across the business.
Ideal candidate
- Experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager in FMCG, ideally food.
- Strong record in brand and innovation strategy, consumer insight, category dynamics and UK retail.
- Commercial acumen, project and agency management experience, and marketing budget experience.
- Strategic planning, influencing, communication and presentation skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Marketing, Business or related degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience; CIM is advantageous but not essential.
Location and travel
- Based at the employer's European headquarters in Leeds, with regular travel to Grimsby required.
