About the Role
Neuf Digital Communications and Technology LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior BPO Operations Director to lead business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This role focuses on overseeing large scale operations, improving service delivery, and driving performance across customer support and digital communication functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Oversee end to end BPO operations including customer support, service delivery, and performance management
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Client Management: Manage relationships with key clients and ensure service excellence
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow and productivity enhancements
- Team Leadership: Manage large teams including supervisors, managers, and support staff
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant senior level experience in BPO, operations management, or service delivery leadership
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Education: Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of BPO operations, customer service, and outsourcing models
- Leadership: Ability to manage large scale teams and multi-channel operations
