About This Role

Summary: Join as a Backend Developer at a leading decentralized middleware protocol company. Your role will focus on managing distributed validator sets and automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Web3 developers. You will play a vital part in automating and streamlining processes, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Go programming language.
  • Manage distributed validator sets to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Web3 solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
  • Contribute to architecture and design discussions to optimize technology stack and processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in the Go programming language.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Experience in managing distributed systems and validator sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
