Senior Billing Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute product invoices and credit notes through ORMB.
• Review monthly outputs and reconcile them to Oracle Cloud GL.
• Check contracts and approve orders.
• Resolve queries with customers, business teams, and Credit Controllers.
• Test billing systems when products or functionality are introduced.
• Protect the confidentiality of internal financial records and billing information.
• Assist with statistical revenue information for finance reporting teams and monthly reconciliations.
• Follow billing controls and protocols; perform ad hoc accounting duties and reconciliations for Financial Operations.

Essential knowledge and experience

• Strong Excel knowledge, billing or invoicing experience, and excellent system skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Methodical team player who shares ideas and supports colleagues.

Desirable experience

• Experience with data analysis and reporting is desirable.
• Experience participating in projects is desirable.
