  • Role Description
  • The Senior Batch Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining Alight’s Total Benefit AdministrationTM (TBA) system. The role involves delivering accurate analysis and test plans that reflect technical data extraction and coding requirements aligned with client needs.
  • This position works closely with client delivery teams to build and sustain a comprehensive system platform supporting all client requirements. Post-implementation; the role ensures batch operations run smoothly and remain current.
  • In addition to technical responsibilities, the Senior Batch Specialist plays a key role in coaching and mentoring new associates, contributing to quality management, shared services support, and effective communication across teams.

  • Production Support, Documentation & Ongoing Task Management – 65%
  • Quality Management & Testing – 10%
  • Coaching & Mentoring – 10%
  • Client & Internal Communication (SDT huddles, touchpoints) – 10%
  • Shared Services Support – 5%
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or equivalent analytical discipline
  • B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred
