Seeking a talented and passionate specialty coffee barista to join the cafe team.
The candidate should have at least two years of UAE coffee industry experience and be ready to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest atmosphere.
- Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Help train new staff in coffee preparation and customer service.
Qualifications
- At least two years of barista experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
