- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and machine learning teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and data flows for high efficiency and robustness.
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines to ensure production stability.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and promote best practices in engineering, security, and documentation.
- Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and system design reviews.
- Diagnose issues across distributed services and ensure high-quality observability and debugging workflows.
