Senior Backend Developer (6-9 Years)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage backend developers; allocate tasks and manage project delivery and technical issues.
• Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards; handle system design, architecture, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Implement authentication, authorization, Redis, and third-party integrations; support deployment and production troubleshooting.

Required qualifications

• Requires 6–9 years of backend development experience.
• Requires strong Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, and MongoDB experience.
• Requires knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Requires experience with Redis, Git, AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Requires leadership, communication, debugging, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum skills.
• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

• Product-based or SaaS company experience is preferred.
• RabbitMQ or Kafka, Kubernetes, and system design knowledge are preferred.
• Experience mentoring and managing development teams is preferred.

Workplace and compensation

• Work location is stated as in person in Greater Noida.
• Pay is ₹700,000–₹1,000,000 per year.
