Role

The position is a Back-End Developer role with Splash Software.

The role location is Business Bay, Opus Tower, Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, troubleshoot, and debug microservices.
  • Manage current technologies to improve legacy services.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to develop microservices.
  • Gather and address technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Follow emerging technologies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • TypeScript and object-oriented programming experience are required.
  • Required skills include Azure Platform, Git, Cloud Messaging Services, event-driven development, microservice architecture, MongoDB, NestJS, Node.js, and WebSocket.
  • The role calls for teamwork, problem-solving, strong organization, analytical skills, and time management.

Preferred skills

  • Azure Service Bus, financial transactions, and PubSub are preferred.

Working schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Sunday off.

Work location

  • The stated role location is Business Bay, Opus Tower, Dubai.
