We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager Aviation Training (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our operational excellence strategy.

You will not simply oversee processes; you will help define how aviation training programs are delivered, optimized, and scaled for future growth.

You will lead a dedicated team of coordinators and department heads, ensuring seamless collaboration between academic operations, compliance requirements, and trainee success.

You will serve as a trusted decision maker in balancing operational efficiency with exceptional training experiences.

Lead and oversee day-to-day training operations, ensuring smooth coordination between instructors, trainees, scheduling teams, and administration.

Ensure aviation programs are delivered efficiently, maintaining operational quality, scheduling accuracy, and resource planning standards.

Mentor supervisors and department coordinators.

Conduct operational reviews, support professional development, and create a culture of accountability and performance.

Maintain adherence to aviation training standards, internal operational policies, and quality assurance procedures through regular audits and reporting.

Collaborate with institutional leadership, training staff, and external partners to communicate operational priorities and maintain strong working relationships.

6+ years of experience in operations, aviation training management, education management, or institutional leadership, including at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role.

Strong experience managing operational teams, improving workflows, and maintaining performance standards in structured environments.

Comfortable working with operational reporting tools, training coordination systems, scheduling platforms, and performance tracking software.

English proficiency is required for operational communication and reporting.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

You are organized, solutions driven, and capable of balancing operational efficiency with people focused leadership.

You understand when to optimize systems and when to prioritize the trainee experience.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
