Senior Auto-Electrician And Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and construction equipment
• Operate and interpret modern diagnostic tools/scanners across multiple equipment brands
• Lead and supervise a team of auto-electrician technicians, assigning tasks and reviewing work quality
• Diagnose and repair vehicle and machinery air conditioning (AC) systems
• Identify required spare parts, prepare specifications, and coordinate ordering/procurement
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment electrical history
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during electrical and AC repair work
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as an auto-electrician, including heavy equipment/construction machinery
• Strong knowledge of vehicle and machinery electrical systems, wiring, starters, alternators, sensors, and control units
• Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools (brand-specific and multi-brand)
• Proven experience in vehicle/machinery AC system diagnosis and repair
• Experience leading or supervising a technical team
• Knowledge of spare parts identification, sourcing, and ordering processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Relevant trade certification preferred
