Senior Auditor

Overview

What You’ll Do

• Lead and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory standards.
• Review financial statements, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
• Develop audit plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with management.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve audit issues and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise junior auditors and provide guidance during audit engagements.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in auditing (typically 3–5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
• Proficient in MS Office and auditing/accounting software.
• Nice to Have:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Experience in external audit firms or large organizations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools.
