The Senior Auditor will lead audit engagements, evaluate controls, prepare audit documentation, and help develop the audit function.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to reporting; develop audit programs aligned with professional standards.
- Test financial reporting, operations, AML, sanctions, and contracting processes; review financial records, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess risk, tailor audit procedures, and prepare reports, work papers, and recommendations.
- Monitor remediation actions and timely closure of findings; maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop audit methodologies, manuals, and quality frameworks; supervise and mentor junior auditors.
- Travel within the UAE.
Required qualifications and experience
- Fully qualified CA, ACCA, or CPA is mandatory; academic certificate must be attested and UAE equivalency completed.
- 3–7 years of internal and external audit experience, including mandatory contracting audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS, ISA, and UAE compliance requirements.
- Experience auditing AML, sanctions, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, time-management, communication, and report-writing skills; able to work independently across multiple audit areas.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must currently be based in the UAE; Police Clearance / Good Conduct Certificate is required.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–9,000 per month.
