Role overview

Responsibilities

• Set business objectives, monitor sales performance, and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure the availability of genuine truck spare parts and Wynstar tyres.
• Develop marketing initiatives, review financial reports, and use data-driven decisions to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Guide staff or partners, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold product and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Automotive-sector experience, particularly in truck spare parts, tyres, or related services.
• Able to build and maintain supplier, customer, and partner relationships.
• Competent in remote operations management and digital communication and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of the Tanzanian market and automotive business regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurship, business ownership, or senior leadership experience is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
