Responsibilities
- Plan and execute external audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.
- Review financial statements for IFRS and applicable regulatory compliance.
- Assess internal controls, identify audit risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit programmes, working papers, management letters and final audit reports.
- Lead fieldwork and complete engagements within agreed timelines.
- Supervise, coach and review Audit Associates and junior team members.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Obtain required financial records and supporting documents from clients.
- Manage multiple audit engagements while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Support engagement managers with complex accounting and audit matters.
