About This Role

Partnership Management & Service Portfolio Development

  • Build and manage the service portfolio for the partnership with Atlassian.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Plan and execute projects.
  • Develop executive and architectural solution proposals for clients.
  • Deliver pre-sales presentations to promote Atlassian services (Jira & Confluence).
  • Design cloud transformation strategies, including migration approach and licensing, and present them to clients.

Platform Administration

  • Manage Jira and Confluence configurations at the enterprise level.
  • Design and manage:
  • Workflows
  • Permission Schemes
  • Notification Schemes
  • Issue Types & Screens
  • Manage users, permissions, and integrations with SSO/LDAP.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.

Project Configuration & Enablement

  • Create and configure Jira projects (Scrum / Kanban / Service Management).
  • Set up advanced Boards and Dashboards.
  • Design performance tracking reports (KPIs & Metrics).
  • Support teams in optimizing Jira usage.
  • Implement departmental requirements as requested.

Development & Integration

  • Develop custom solutions using:
  • ScriptRunner
  • Groovy
  • Jira REST APIs
  • Build integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Develop Webhooks and Automation scripts.
  • Customize Confluence templates and macros.

Automation & Optimization

  • Design and implement Automation Rules.
  • Optimize workflows and processes within Jira.
  • Reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through automation.

Change Request (CR) Management

  • Analyze Change Requests (CRs).
  • Provide effort estimation within ≤ 5 working days.
  • Implement changes based on priority.
  • Deliver completion reports (JCR).

Support & Training

  • Handle tickets and provide daily operational support.
  • Train end users.
  • Prepare user guides and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues.

Governance & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide recommendations to improve platform utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards.
  • Support alignment of Jira with the (NEXT) framework.
  • Propose a roadmap for platform development

Requirements Required Qualifications Experience

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in:
  • Atlassian Jira Administration
  • Jira Development & Automation
  • Enterprise Implementations
  • Plugins / Add-ons

Technical Skills

  • Jira Software / Jira Service Management / Confluence
  • ScriptRunner / Groovy
  • Atlassian REST APIs
  • Automation Rules
  • API-based Integrations
  • SSO / LDAP

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP)
  • Jira Administrator Certification
  • Agile / Scrum Certifications
