Senior Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740) including deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances and effective tax rate reconciliations.
- Prepare and review assigned federal and state income tax compliance, including estimated payments and supporting workpapers.
- Review assigned foreign income tax return filings and the associated return to provision calculations.
- Follow, maintain, and document accounting- and compliance-related internal controls and procedures in accordance with SOX 404 guidelines.
- Stay current on tax laws, rules, regulations, and accounting pronouncements impacting Match Group.
- Support tax audits and appeals, as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain deferred tax accounts.
- Analyze tax records and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Master's degree in Tax preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of tax experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OneSource Tax Provision or equivalent tax provision software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
