Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Plan structured interviews and selection, including screening calls, technical or skills assessments, and in-person interviews for plant and office roles.
• Advise hiring managers with industry, competitor, and market compensation data.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract contract staff and lead contract hiring for manufacturing demands and peak production cycles at factory locations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with staffing agencies, headhunters, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure contract hiring and vendor practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and corporate regulations.

Ideal candidate

• Four to seven years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on non-technical and bulk hiring.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
