Acting for landowner in connection with Option with large developer. Value minimum £3.5 million. About to vary the current option agreement and enter into new one with neighbour relating to access etc.

Acting for landlords in connection with Promotion Agreement. Now on Deed of Variation number 3. Minimum value £3.6 million.

Acting for landowners in restructure. Once completed planning team to divert bridleway and obtain planning permission then will come back to me for set up to sell to developer.

Acting for landowner who is part of consortium of 7 landowners for a new town in South Essex. Client is largest landowner in the Consortium who entered into Option with Promoter. This is ongoing as client about to add more land into the Option minimum value for original land is £150 million.

Acting for Promoter and Developer who purchase circa 100 units every year.

Current matters on involving site advice, promotion agreement, freehold purchase.
