Role Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our DIFC Litigation and International Arbitration practice in Dubai.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in advising and representing clients in complex, high-value commercial disputes before the DIFC Courts and in international arbitration proceedings.
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border disputes involving multinational corporations, financial institutions, private investors, family offices, and government-related entities.
The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the development of the practice and mentoring junior lawyers.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer admitted in a recognized common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, South Africa, or equivalent).
- 5–8+ years PQE with substantial experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
- Demonstrated experience before the DIFC Courts.
- Strong drafting, advocacy, analytical, and case management skills.
- Experience handling complex, high-value commercial disputes.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
