The S
enior Associate Consultant plays a key role in delivering consulting engagements by managing client assignments, conducting research and analysis, developing solutions, and supporting project execution.

Client Engagement & Advisory
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Provide strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory advisory support.
- Ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Project Management
- Manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress against milestones.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and engagement documentation.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and methodologies.
Corporate Advisory & Compliance
- Support clients in areas such as:
- Corporate Tax advisory and compliance
- VAT advisory and compliance
- Business restructuring
- Due diligence reviews
- Business valuations
- Corporate governance
- Risk management and internal controls
- Assist in preparing reports, policies, and advisory documentation.
Business Development
- Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for additional services within existing client engagements.
- Participate in networking and business development activities.
- Contribute to thought leadership articles, newsletters, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis, business modeling, and data interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines under time pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Proficiency in productivity and analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with data visualization or BI tools is an advantage).
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience (typically 3–6 years) in management consulting, transaction advisory, risk and strategy, corporate finance, or related fields. Healthcare experience prefferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment and integrity.
- Strong interest in areas such as corporate consulting, risk and strategy management, transaction advisory, tax and compliance, IT implementation, or business transformation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Dubai, with readiness
