Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event schedules, vendors, and logistics, and assist with documentation and reporting.
• Communicate with clients and partners; prepare presentations and event materials.
• Help ensure smooth on-site setup and breakdown of events.
• Monitor timelines, manage administrative tasks, and help resolve operational issues.
• Work independently, manage priorities, and maintain professionalism and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or event services, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and video conferencing platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting with reliability, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Prior client-facing or customer service experience in a professional environment is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in events management, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and familiarity with regional event practices is an asset.
