B. Conceptualization And Ideation
- Come up with insights and ideas that are relevant, unique, and engaging
- Come up with insights and ideas that are in line with the project brief / requirements and communication strategy

- Visual Crafting: Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Storytelling
- Apply brand persona, product knowledge, and project requirements to static artworks and videos.
- Create visuals that tell brand messages and stories that are clear, cohesive, fresh, and engaging.
- Utilize brand / product assets with quality and accuracy.
- Pushes the brand guidelines to come up with unique artworks.
- Shoot beautiful videos on location using company-owned equipment or otherwise.
- Edit and polish videos to tell messages and stories that are clear, unique, compelling, and engaging.
- Maintains accuracy and high quality of his/her work in preparation for delivery and publication / posting.
- Maintains expertise in key graphic design and video editing tools (i.e. Adobe -Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and other similar applications).
- Learn and maintain expertise in prompting and generation using artificial intelligence (A.I.) tools and subscriptions (i.e.: Higgsfield, Google Gemini, etc.) but should also not be overly reliant on it for quality. Should be vigilant and discerning in terms of A.I. output.
- Work with production partners and suppliers. Supervise their quality from start (planning and ideation) to production (photo and video shoots) to post-production (editing, clean ups, color grading, etc.). Ensure proper turnover of files when needed.
D. Overall Creative
- Considers and uses all communication channels / platforms for building brands.
- Maintains awareness of trends in online behavior, media, technology, and culture in general.
- Maintains awareness of competitor brands and their marketing materials.
- Displays leadership, originality and skill in creative development.

- Art Leadership – for Social Media / SNS
- Mentor and inspire art-based team members on branding, ideation, art direction, visual storytelling, and sound, graphic, and motion design.
- Quality-Control: Ensure that the SNS team delivers high-quality artwork and workmanship that fits the brief and brand through objective and constructive mentorship.
- Ideation: Coordinate plans and directions on content ideation for monthly content and seasonal events along with copy-based SNS member/s.
- Crafting: Organize and coordinate crafting and production of art-based requirements: from monthly SNS, ad-hoc / impromptu trendjacks, to SNS event coverage requirements.
- Presentation: Co-organize presentation decks and co-present monthly SNS content to Creative Heads, Accounts Team, and eventually to clients.
- Coordination: Plan and coordinate along with copy-based SNS creative member/s, Strategy, Digital Media, and Accounts Team for crafting, production, and postingTimelines.
- Campaigns Alignment: Plan and coordinate with Creative Heads and Campaigns Team on upcoming and on-going brand campaigns. Join campaign briefings by client.
- Learn team members’ personalities, strengths, points of improvement. Harness their individual. strengths and mentor on points to improvement to further elevate the teams creative output.
- Attend to work-related concerns and needs of art-based members if needed.

G. Equipment and File Keeping
- Safekeep and maintain hardware assigned to him/her in the best working condition possible.
- Properly organize and turnover work files across suppliers and team members - both online and physically.
Qualifications
- Has at least 3 years creative agency experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, and mobile in-app editing tools.
- Up-to-date on current digital and social media trends.
