Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Site Engineer to oversee on-site architectural works, luxury finishes, façade coordination, and project handover activities for major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works, including partitions, plastering, waterproofing, and high-end finishes.
- Oversee marble, stone, ceilings, glazing, metalwork, and joinery.
- Coordinate façade works and resolve interfaces with structural and MEP teams.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, productivity, and daily progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, and phased handovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on architectural site execution experience.
- Strong experience in luxury commercial finishes and façade works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawings, and MEP coordination.
- Good technical communication skills in English.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration where legally required.
