Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, specifically in interface management roles within the consultancy sector, with a strong background in site supervision for projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects.

Strong design skills and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.

Professional licensure or registration as an Architect is advantageous.

Experience

working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.

Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to construction completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and landscape architects, to integrate architectural designs into overall project plans.

Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.

Conduct site assessments, surveys, and investigations to gather data and inform design decisions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address architectural design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Review and evaluate contractor submittmits, requests for information (RFIs), and proposed design changes.

Prepare design presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project stakeholders.

Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
