• We are currently looking to hire a S**enior Architect** to join our **Dubai** office and contribute to the development of projects at both national and international level.
• What will your mission be?
• As a **Senior Architect Project Manager**, you will be responsible for **planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects**, ensuring the successful delivery of projects **on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards.**
• What responsibilities will you have on a daily basis?
• **Lead luxury retail projects** from **design development through construction and final handover.**
• **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams,** including **architecture, engineering, consultants and contractors.**
• **Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders,** ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• **Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards**.
• **Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions** to mitigate them.
• Ensure **compliance with local regulations**, codes and **luxury brand** standards.
• Maintain **alignment with HQ standards** and internal workflows.
• What are we looking for in you?
• **Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.**
• **Minimum 3/5 years of proven experience in luxury retail project management (mandatory).**
• Experience in **residential and hospitality projects** is a plus/preferable.
• **Strong understanding of construction processes**, detailing and coordination.
• Excellent leadership, **coordination and communication skills.**
• **Knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.**
