Senior Architect - Interior Design (Site Supervision)

Role overview

Project delivery

• Manage on-site interior design work and verify quality against project specifications.
• Lead and mentor design and construction teams.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits for compliance with drawings and UAE building codes.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve design challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture.
• At least 5 years of hands-on site supervision and project management experience.
• Expertise in commercial and/or residential interior design projects.
• Advanced CAD and 3D visualization proficiency; strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local design standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
