We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our team.
Requirements
Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Architect License.
Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval procedures, including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, and other relevant authorities.
Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings in accordance with UAE authority standards and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities throughout the approval process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural design and authority submission drawings.
Ensure compliance with authority regulations and drawing standards.
Manage submission, review, and approval processes with relevant authorities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project stakeholders.
