Position
The position is Senior Architectural Engineer.
Duties and responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive BIM models using Revit and other tools, ensuring design accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards and DM Building codes.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to deliver integrated, clash-free designs.
- Lead design review meetings and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Prepare authority submission packages and ensure compliance with local regulations, including DM and Trakhees requirements.
- Provide BIM-enabled construction support for design validation and issue resolution.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in architectural systems.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.
