Role overview

Responsibilities

• Scope and design Appian solutions with senior leaders to meet client expectations and business needs.
• Lead scrum teams and deliver solutions on time using Agile methodology.
• Develop software solutions as part of a delivery team.
• Mentor junior Appian developers and maintain technical knowledge.
• Review code, identify logic issues, suggest refactoring, and help improve coding guidelines and solution scalability.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
• 4–6 years working on software development engagements; Appian experience is preferred.
• Experience with databases, system integration, and Agile environments.
• Advanced database knowledge, including tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required before the start date; it may be obtained after the interview process.
