Own the analytics product program across a global analytics organization, ensuring coherence, quality, and delivery velocity across solutions.
Guide the organization toward self-service and agentic analytics using trusted metric definitions.
The role combines program leadership with hands-on contribution and is described as hybrid.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver stable, maintainable, high-quality analytics products across solutions.
- Establish standards, analytics AI skills and context, and team practices that improve delivery velocity.
- Manage solution analytics leads, sequence work, and keep the team focused and unblocked.
- Shape BI platform and semantic architecture with platform, data engineering, BI engineering, and architecture partners.
- Contribute directly to analytics work when needed to unblock the team.

- Demonstrated ownership of technical programs spanning multiple analytics or data workstreams.
- Strong analytical rigor and hands-on SQL/dbt, modern warehouse, and BI depth.
- Ability to build repeatable standards and processes that scale.
- Cross-functional influence and durable relationships with platform, engineering, and architecture partners.
- Ability to scale proven practices across solutions and teams.
Additional advantages
- Healthcare domain and operational-data experience is a plus.
- Scaling an analytics function, data or metric governance, and semantic-layer familiarity are advantageous.
- Experience with dbt, Sigma, knowledge-management systems, or AI-enabled analytics workflows is a plus.
