Senior Analyst - US Direct Tax

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare workpapers, supporting schedules, and complex consolidated federal and state returns using Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Income Tax.
• Prepare property tax renditions, filings, and supporting documentation; support estimated tax payments and ASC 740 provision cycles.
• Prepare current-year tax estimates, validate deferred tax balances, and analyze financial and operational data, including SAP data where applicable.
• Resolve tax authority notices through reconciliations and prepare routine correspondence where required.
• Help manage the compliance calendar and contribute to research, projects, process documentation, controls, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of direct US corporate income tax compliance experience and strong federal and state tax knowledge.
• Hands-on ONESOURCE Income Tax proficiency for complex consolidated returns is required.
• Practical US property tax compliance experience and working knowledge of ASC 740 are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and English communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate across time zones.

Preferred experience

• Multinational corporate tax or Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, tax process improvement, documentation, controls, and ChatGPT or Gemini is advantageous.
