The Senior Analyst reports to the Director, Total Fund Solutions, and advises business stakeholders including Total Fund Management, Risk, and Performance teams.
The role collaborates with technology teams on solution delivery and contributes across project and improvement phases.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user needs; lead business-requirement analysis, validation, and verification in alignment with business objectives.
- Build business-partner relationships, evolve implemented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support user training and change management.
- Contribute to solution execution, testing, implementation, and deployment plans with delivery and stakeholder teams.
- Lead development of complex configuration, implementation, and deployment artifacts.
- Analyze and interpret data for business-specific insights; support operational issues and queries.
- Monitor processes and procedures and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or business administration with a relevant specialization, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least three years of business analysis experience and experience in investment.
- Good general knowledge of business intelligence; experience with projects, software development life cycle processes, and Agile/DevOps delivery models.
- Knowledge of methods and tools for identifying and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
- Proficiency in English and French, or willingness to learn French.
- Data analysis in a Microsoft environment using SQL and platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks is an asset.
