The Senior Analyst in Supply Analytics plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within supply chain operations.

- Provide expert support to stakeholders by translating data insights into strategic actions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance analytical approaches.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all supply analytics operations.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on complex analytical tasks.
- Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain analytics or relevant domains.
- Proficiency in analytical software, such as R, Python, or SQL, is essential.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Experience in building and deploying predictive analytical models is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data-driven supply chain projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in every analytical endeavor.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- MBA or advanced degree in analytics or supply chain management is a plus.
