Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and present decision-support reports.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and drive resolutions.
• Advise on project risks, compliance, and best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders and influence decision-makers to align strategies and processes.

What you’ll bring

• Expertise in process improvement and organizational change management in complex business environments.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma, including root cause analysis and process mapping.
• Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Project management, risk mitigation, and operational strategy alignment skills.
• One stated minimum-qualification option: a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field and 6 months’ experience in consulting or project management.

Compensation

• Annual salary range is $91,000 to $169,000, with annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.
