• The (USA) Senior Analyst, Operations plays a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and operational improvements across multiple business functions. This position involves analyzing data, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, reports, and processes. The role requires managing project timelines, communicating progress to stakeholders, and driving results through effective resource allocation and problem-solving. The Senior Analyst contributes to operational best practices, supports compliance with company standards, and fosters strong partnerships to meet business objectives while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement operational initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and recommend improvements across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering to drive project execution and operational enhancements.
• Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
• Implement scalable operational best practices and tracking mechanisms to support business growth and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, resource allocation, and outcomes to key stakeholders effectively.
